useful Notes

1. Children up to14 are excluded from the individual price.
2. Children from the age of 15 to 17 have 50% of the initial individual price.
3. Water is free of charge.
4. Electricity is free of charge. 
5. Internet access is free of charge
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. You can book both houses.
8. You will have to sent a guarantee 100Eu. when you book to rent a house which will return back to you after the end of our the rental contract.
9. If you decide to stay between two different months there will be the analogous price.
10. The minimum you can rent Eperia's houses is 30 days
11. You can rent more than one month.
12. When you come in Eperia you will have to subscribe a  rental contract               between you and the Landlord of Eperia.
13. Our rental contract will be in English, if you like to have a translation to your language please inform us.
14. The prices of the Christmass Season and Greek Easter Season respectively erase the calculated  relating prices-per day &per person of the monthly subvision

Aha, this is my cosy Xenon House!! Sit back in your chair comfortably, see the photos and imagine you and your beloved there!

 It's not a common blue&white greek country house, its Xenon, an authentic house apr 40 sqm with all the comforts for all the seasons!

 It was fully renovated in 2013...

...has all the equipments that a modern residency needs... *

 ...was the guesthouse of our family villa from the crazy and happily 70's...

 ...and can welcome up maximum 4 persons...

 ...the view of House Xenon includes our  bright in the light of the Sun white washed alleys, majestic olive groves, palms and gardens full of red geraniums and of course incredible mediterranean landscapes...

 It has a living room with two sofas which can turn into two separate beds...

  ...a traditional fireplace for the cold months...

 ....a well equipped  kitchen....

 ....a warm bedroom with a double bed....

 ...a simple bathroom with a shower having supply of hot and cold water...

...and plenty of space to enjoy your free time having your juice or your coffe!
If it is Summer you rented Xenon then have on your mind that the cottage has direct access to a wonderful quiet beach!!

*don't forget the free access to our wi-fi all over the estate and the beach!
*you can connect your laptop or any other suitable device with the TV having so a greater experience of your music or movie!

(And because the times have changed, don't frustrate yourself from the anticipation to get a big fish, you can abstract your self  connecting to our WiFi )

Our playground  has a swing and a sandbox. As a child was nice to build sand castles knowing that the sea will not destroy them!

40 years of gardening and creativity brought as a result 

the majestic gardens and olive groves of Eperia.

As a family we are not only proud of it

we are really happy from the aura 

our Mediterranean gardens exude.

As rich as it can be, laurels, bougainvillea, palm tress, olive trees, pomegranate, almond trees, figs, pine trees, opuntias and aloe cactus, tamarisk, lemon trees, sour orange trees and among them pink and red geraniums, daisies, and other flowers surround you either you are sitting at a quite cosy spot or  you are doing your walk, your daily exercise or your bike ride among the whitewashed alleys which seperate the gardens and the olive groves.

At the end of the day there is always the option to party or grill...
 in any case have more fun and be more joyful!
Under an old locust tree and an old pine tree is a barbecue and a bar, we call it Dionysion from the cheerful God Dionisus. It's not so quite as it is in the photo, because during the good days of Christmass, the Greek Easter, birthdays, holidays and other special days this is the place where the family and friends guther to celebrate any occasion.






Ofcourse, this is only a part of the life in Hermionis, having rented at least for a month you will have all the oppurtunities to experience the southern Greek country.
Walking out there is an untouched authentic Greek region which you will discover being a resident in Eperia!

And this one is our second country house Hermion. Fully renovated and fresh designed in 2013 promises happy times during your stay!

Hermion can welcome up to 5 residents...    

...pretty much shares the same aspects with Xenon House...

...but it has two bedrooms and therefore two airconditioners, an open kitchen...

...and it's unique story which loads it with positive energy...

......a lounge with a fireplace welcomes you and will  certainly relax or bring you joyfull moments with your beloved...

... in addition the cosy couch unfolds into a double bed,..

...in the same room there is also the brand new open kitchen 

 ...and the dinning table together modeled on the needs of a traditional peloponnesian country house but certainly meeting all the modern needs...

......a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed transfers the essense that you are in cabin of a yaht, specially when the waves of the sea, which is in the near distance of 30m. sound during the night... (is very relaxing!!!)

...if you wont sleep inn the bank bed there is always the double bed ...

...which has great view to the gardens, the whitewashed alleys and the bright sky of Greece!...

If you don't sleep in the opened double bed sofa-couch relaxing infront of the fire. You can always use the sofa-bed either if you are up 5 residents or if you wanna see a movie or hear some music connecting your laptop or any other suitable device with the TV having so a greater experience... 

...don't forget the free access to our wi-fi all over the estate and the beach allowing you  to enjoy your free time having your juice or your coffe in any seat you make your self comfortable...

There is always hot and cold water so don't get any worries...

Дом Ксенон, назван в честь последнего древнего правителя государства Xермионы, состоит из  
спальни с двуспальной кроватью, гостиной с камином и двумя диванами, которые могут превратиться в 
две отдельные кровати, кухни и ванной комнаты с душем.

Дом Xермион , назван в честь мифического основателя Xермиону, есть большая спальня с  
двуспальной кроватью и поменьше с двухъярусной кроватью, гостиная с камином и диваном, который 
разворачивается  в двуспальную кровать, открытой кухней и ванной комнатой с душ
