useful Notes
- Children up to14 are excluded from the individual price.
- Children from the age of 15 to 17 have 50% of the initial individual price.
- Water is free of charge.
- Electricity is free of charge.
- Internet access is free of charge
- Pets are not allowed.
- You can book both houses.
- You will have to sent a guarantee 100Eu. when you book to rent a house which will return back to you after the end of our the rental contract.
- If you decide to stay between two different months there will be the analogous price.
- The minimum you can rent Eperia's houses is 30 days
- You can rent more than one month.
- When you come in Eperia you will have to subscribe a rental contract between you and the Landlord of Eperia.
- Our rental contract will be in English, if you like to have a translation to your language please inform us.
- The prices of the Christmass Season and Greek Easter Season respectively erase the calculated relating prices-per day &per person of the monthly subvision
